KGS Charity Foundation is a public charitable trust formed by KGS Group and registered under Section 25 of the Companies Act,1956. The main objective of the trust is to provide food, clothing, shelter, medical and educational facilities for the poor and needy, in all areas where KGS Group has projects or factories.
The contribution to the KGS Charity Foundation comes from:
- 10% income of the Directors of KGS Group
- 1% net income of all companies under KGS Group
- 1% of remuneration of all executives and employees of KGS Group
- RESIDENTIAL
- COMMERCIAL
